For many years the Community of the European States (that became the
European Union before the coming of the Euro Money) was an
incredible hoping for the populations that were part of that
Community and for the rest of the world. In the 80’ years until the
1992, the people hoped that the European Community could become a
big example of democracy, an example of freedom of ideas,
opportunities, defence of the peace and a big Community of States
where the environment can be at the centre of the policy of the
governments.
But after the 1992,
when in Maastricht some group of politicians and “euro elites”,
without the opinion of their populations, decided the future of the
next years and the future way for the Europe, it was clear that the
European Union could become only a Big field and some kind of “Super
State” where the most important things will be decided from a strict
group of people, where the bureaucracy and the saving and of the big
interests will be the hearth of the Community’s Policy. Very soon,
some movements understood that the only real result of that choice
couldn’t be the progress of laws or the benefits for the people, but
the only advantage of the interests of lobbies and of the
bureaucracies that need confusing projects in policy and unknown
laws for save themselves.
In the 1992, only
in few States as Denmark and U.K., and after few years in Sweden
passing for the “NO” about the E.U. of the Norway, were born some
political movements that wanted to save the Europe and their
populations to the risk of being killed from the bureaucracy of the
European Institutions and Lobbies.
The years later
told and showed us how that view was right. In fact, the coming of
the Euro Money in the 2002, without a real economic policy about
saving the interest of consumers, was a real disaster for the
people. With the Euro Money the economic power is passed only in the
hands of a “grey” European Central Bank, that works without hear the
different interest of populations and only in the view of the Macro
Interest of E.U., that meant the growing up of the interests of
Corporations, Banks, Insurances, Multi-National Companies involved
in the market. The History showed us that in some years of the Euro
Money, with the power in the hand of the Bureaucracy, the Europeans
people became more poor, the prices in many States became the double
(but not the salaries), the resources of the European industry went
to create work in the States of the “3th world”, in many States
where human rights, freedoms and worker rights are only a shadow.
 At
the same times, the European Bureaucracy decided to create a bigger
E.U., and in almost an year, as a shock, the E.U. from 15 States
(States that in the history were more or less part of a same culture
and traditions) arrived to 25 States, and after 2 years more… 27! …
It meant that in only few months the free circulations of cheap
workers without rules, the circulations of big investments and
capitals in more poor States, has created the paradoxical situation
where the populations of first 15 States that founded the E.U.
became more poor in a couple of years and, at the same moment, the
arrive of financial capitals, interested only in make good business
in the poor States, made that these more poor States were remained
poor and didn’t see any advantage or any real progress in their life
and future.
For the
Environment, all the big proposes to have a common politic for save
the environment’s rights and work to create “green” plans for the
energy were only a shadow. The E.U. was a big supporter of the Kyoto
Treat, but in the facts after some years without a real common
policy and interest to really work in the “green” field, almost all
European Nations haven’t respected the rules of Kyoto. The paradox
of have a big common policy in the Energy, created the situation
where the little trying of the small populations to use their
investments in the “green” were suffocated from the a big
bureaucratic policy that didn’t give any real results. 
The example of
this disaster and of the power of bureaucracy are the E.U. Treats
that the Governments tried and are trying to approve. The European
Constitution that was proposed after years of discussions is
composed of more than 850 pages!! … A clear example of bureaucracy
that means the loose of power in decisions for the populations and
the local realities. And it is a sign that when in Europe there was
a referendum in some States about approve Treats, Constitution or
E.U. Institutions, in almost all times the populations said “NO”!
After the “NO” of the France and the Holland to the E.U.
Constitution the European Lobbies and Bureaucracy tried to survive
with a new unreadable Treat, the Treat of Lisbon: more than 250
Unreadable Pages composed of numbers of articles about other Laws
and Treats, a mix of bureaucracy and saving of Lobby’s Interests
that in the summer period of the 2008 the E.U. Policy will try to
approve in the Parliaments of the Nations, without asking the
Opinion of the People…. IS THAT THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY THAT WE REAL
DREAM??
