In the ’70 years the famous “Club of Rome” made a document where
were showed all the catastrophes for the Environment if in few years
the policy will no change its view. The problem was that without a
serious policy that document was the start for a lot of rhetorical
movements, parties and associations that in some occasions have
created more damns than resolve the real problems.
Some policy worked
only to say “NO” and this meant that the green policy in Europe was
stopped for many times. The bureaucracy and the Euro Elites loved a
lot in these few times the idea to make Bio-Diesel and Oils. In the
last 2 years many big industries worked about convert the
agriculture to works not only in the food making, but especially in
making Bio-Combustibles.
The Euro Elites
loved so much prepare, without hearing the local realities, a lot of
Plans about subsidies to the agriculture to make food and milk but
to don’t use these products planning Euro Limits for things of the
Agriculture (but sending these “superfluous” products with very
cheap prices to the Africa with the result to destroy the African
agriculture that cannot have concurrence with that subsided cheap
prices. It means part of the poverty of the Africa for who, in an
other way, the Euro Elites build big and big more bureaucratic
institutions without any result). We
see in these years Lot of Plans to convert the parking of the people
in using new cars, but always oil depending cars (with the
certificate “euro 3 or
4”), without creating
new structure and industrial converted areas in transform gas and
methane in combustions for cars or machines. The result of this
policy is the crisis (and in some kind of cases the death) of the
agriculture in Europe, No Plans for make more “green efficient” the
houses, cities and areas, No Big Plans for build “Green” Centrals.
The real risk is
that the normal food prices now are not more under control, and that
the Europe now is depending about lot of products, things and
technologies from countries of Part of the World where the “Green
Respect” and the “Green Policy” is only a shadow. The
tomato comes from
Thailand, the oranges
from the poorest parts of South America, the Vegetables from the
unknown part of China or India: how much are we sure what human and
environment costs are spent in this process? Are we real sure how
much are we risking for the health and benefits of people and for
the health of the Environment walking in this way?
